American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson is the biographical TV series adaption of The Run of His life: The People v. O. J. Simpson by Jeffrey Toobin, created by the crew behind American Horror Story. One of the lawyers on the case was Robert Kardashian Sr., the father of some of your favorite reality stars – Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian.
On The Late Late Show with James Corden, Khloe made some comments about her thoughts on the show and the way that her father has been portrayed in the series.
While cautioning that she has not “watched [the show] fully” from what she has seen, Khloe believes that the writers and creators of the show have sensationalized “the Kardashian name in it, but I think to bring the younger audience in.”
She further clarified to say she wasn’t “upset about it,” alluding that she understands why her name would bring some draw to the show.
Josh Duhamel was also a guest on the show this day and said that he skipped class to watch the trial as a junior in college. Khloe was only ten years old at the time of the infamous trial with O.J. Simpson so she has called her older sister, Kim Kardashian, to clarify some of the details from the show as she was unsure whether some events actually transpired the way they were portrayed. She revealed to James Corden that “not all the facts are accurate” although she is “very grateful” over how her father is being portrayed in this adaption.
